Recently, Connie was invited to exhibit at the ProHealth Physicians Health Fair, which celebrated the grand opening of their new Bristol facility with free health screenings, kids’ activities and other great health-related fun and education for the community.
While there, Connie team members met with many Connecticut residents who were able to learn about the benefits of living in a state with a designated health information exchange.
